Early Years Funding for 3 – 4 year olds, 15 and 30 hours
All 3 – 4 year olds in England receive 570 hours of funded childcare per year. This equates to 15 hours per week in term time (38 weeks per year).
Children of working parents meeting certain criteria are eligible for an additional 570 hours of funded childcare per year. Therefore these children can get up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week in term time (38 weeks per year). At Bunny Run children who claim the full 30 hours per week can choose to stretch their entitlement over 46 weeks per year.
The funded hours can only be claimed from the term after the child’s 3rd birthday.
